If something on this site is wrong, tell us and we will correct it. You do not need to explain who you are or prove a connection to the page.
What to send
Email [email protected] with the address of the page and what is wrong with it. If you can point to a published source that gets it right, that speeds things up considerably, but it is not a requirement — if you are the person on the page, you already know more than any source we have.
What happens then
- We check the claim against the record the page was built from.
- If the page is wrong, we correct it, usually within a few days.
- If the page is wrong in a way that matters — a relationship, a death, anything about a person’s character or conduct — we take the page down first and correct it afterwards.
- If we cannot establish which version is right, we remove the disputed claim rather than leave a contested statement up.
